Sonics First Love Chapter 2: Confessions Part 2

A few hours later, Sonic woke up with a major headache. When he sat up, he found himself in a strange bed in a strange house. As he was looking around trying to figure out where he was, Shadow walked in the room with a glass of water and some pain pills for Sonics headache.

"Well it's about time you woke up. I figure that you might have a headache after everything that happened earlier so I brought you some water and some medicine."

"O... ummmm.... thanks." Sonic said as took the water and the pills from the edgy hedgehog.

"So are you okay?"

"Y-yeah I think so... The last thing I remember was you telling me that you love me and...."

Sonic looked at Shadow and saw that he was looking down at the ground like he was ashamed of something. When he looked back up at Sonic his cheeks were blushing bright red.

"<raises an eyebrow> Shadow did that really happened....? Did you really say that?"

<nod>

Sonic knew that Shadow was being serious. He has never seen Shadow act like this before in his life. He always thought that the Ultimate Life Form was a killing machine bent on destroying him.

"How long have you known that you were.... you know <gulp>.... in love with me?" Sonic asked afraid of the answer.

"Sigh.... Ever since we first met. I wanted to tell you but we were always in some kind of battle fighting each other. Every time I tried to bring myself to tell you, your friends were always around and that pink hedgehog was always clinged onto you."

Sonic was flattered and yet was freaked out, scared and nervous that another male hedgehog is in love with him. But then he realized he never felt and loving feelings to anyone before, not even towards Amy. Once again silence fell over them for 5 minutes, then Sonic broke the silence.

"Shadow.... I gotta tell you something."

"Yeah what is it?"

"<blushing> Well to be honest with you... I kinda feel.... the same way.... about you."

"0_0"

"Please don't look at me like that."

Shadow sat next to Sonic on the bed and wrapped his arm around his shoulder.

"<smiles> Why didn't ever tell me?"

" I was scared, plus we're always fighting, my friends were always around. I didn't think I could feel this away about anyone."

Shadow turned Sonics face to him so he can see his beautiful green emerald eyes and kissed softly on the lips.

"Well I'm glad you told me, now we can be together forever."

"<soft smile> Yeah forever..... I love you Shadow."

"I love you too Sonic."

Now Sonic had to figure out how he was break this news to his friends. Especially to Tails, not to mention Amy. That's if he wants to tell her.
